Hi! I'm Pablo Ruiz-Ponce, a PhD student in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Alicante (3DPLab), collaborating with the University of Barcelona (HuPBA). I work on Generative AI for Digital Humans, focusing on motion synthesis and human interaction. My research is supervised by José García-Rodríguez and Sergio Escalera, with guidance from German Barquero and Cristina Palmero. I hold a BSc in Computer Science and an MSc in Artificial Intelligence.

arXivInteract2Ar: Full-Body Human-Human Interaction Generation via Autoregressive Diffusion Models

We introduce Interact2Ar, the first text-conditioned autoregressive diffusion model for generating full-body human-human interactions. Unlike previous approaches that generate entire sequences simultaneously, Interact2Ar utilizes a novel memory strategy and dedicated parallel branches to synthesize high-fidelity motions with detailed hand kinematics. This enables adaptive capabilities, such as temporal composition and real-time adaptation to disturbances. We also introduce robust evaluators and extended metrics to assess full-body interaction quality.
